Scheduling Policies
If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for two full hours' notice. Appointments that are not cancelled or rescheduled at least two hours in advance are subject to a 50% no show fee.
Sweetheart Packages require booking 24 hours in advance. If you must cancel a Sweetheart Package, please call before 8:00 pm the night prior to your appointment to avoid a 50% no show fee.
